Refund Policy

You may definitely ask for a refund at any time for us if  any funds that you have paid into your Account using any cards except if the amount which is to refund relates to a Milestone Payment or relates to fees which is done or how much payable to us can be relates.

If the amount the User has asked anytime to refund relates to their policy these following points : (1) a Milestone Payment Dispute Resolution Process may be followed first; or (2) our fees and charges may apply  the process which is set out in the Clause Disputes before it must be follow.

If we agree to the refund you on conditions, the funds will be received by the User via the same payment method where the user paid before(s) that the User used to do make the original payment back to authorities.

We may refund the funds to Users irrespectively of whether a User has requested to funds be refunded back if: (1) we are required by laws or considered that we are required by laws to do so that ; (2) we determine that refunding the funds to the User will avoid any type of dispute or an increase in our costs method; (3) we refund funds to the Users in accordance with refund policy specifies by us from time to time passed ; (4) we find out that the original payments made by the Users is fraudulents ; (5) the User made a duplicate payments in errors ; or (6) we considered , in our sole opinions, it is likely be that the refunds of funds is necessary to avoids a credit cards chargebacks.

You can requests a refunds by using our customer supports website or emailing us at support@sociobid.com. Once you have made a milestone payments, you expressly agrees to use the dispute resolutions process in this agreements, expressly agrees to be bound by its ruling and expressly agrees not to initiates any chargeback requests with your card issuers.

If you initiates any charge back requests or other Request for Informations or similar process, you expressly agree and consent to us to share any and all information in relation to your agreement of these terms and conditions, in order to defeat any such chargeback request.

If you have already initiated a charge back requests with your credit card issuer, you must not request a refund of funds by contacting us and must not seek double recovery.

If we reasonably determine, having considered all the relevant circumstances, that you have made an excessive or unreasonable number of requests to refund funds back to you or chargebacks, we may suspend, limit or close your Account.
